The congress venue, the Leonardo Hotel Weimar, has hosted many large international meetings and is situated close to the centre of Weimar. Accommodation is available at a special congress rate.
The objective of the Symposium is to jointly discuss research advances made in the in the ticks and tick-borne diseases research field. This will ultimately facilitate a better management and control of ticks and tick-borne diseases, thereby limiting the damage caused by these parasites. Among the highlights of the ISTTBD-XIII are keynote lecturers by leading scientists and the Sinnecker Kunz Award for the best presentations held by early career researchers.
